The project consists of 3 towers totaling 119,922 sqm. Include office, hotel, and serviced apartment/ residential buildings, and they all share a foundation of five platform levels for retail space. Interconnected with the 29-story Residences Tower and a 23-story Commercial Tower, which will house QIMC’s HQ on the top floor, and the highest tower will be a 44-story hotel.
